On December 14, 1995, the Texas Secretary of State issued a certificate of incorporation, establishing the company and thus fulfilling the start of a goal for Darryl W. Anderson, Sr. founder and president. As business grew, TPE became more involved with value added finished parts and added CNC machines, a powder coat line, and assembly space and equipment. In 2015, Todd Lewallen bought into the company and became business partners with Darryl Anderson, Sr..  The new partnership between Darryl and Todd quickly resulted in a broader and more diverse customer base and significant expansion of TPE's building space and equipment.  Team Pride Extrusions, Inc. continues to grow and remains committed to moving beyond customer expectations and existing technology by providing high quality products and services that create sustained growth for the mutual benefit of customers, shareholders, employees and community.
